As a BDC Service Appointment Consultant you will assist customers by phone and online chat with scheduling service appointments and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and chats from customers
Schedule service appointments
Provide friendly professional customer service
Work with the service team to ensure a smooth appointment process
Requirements
Friendly phone voice and strong communication skills
Customer service mindset
Ability to multi-task
Basic computer and typing skills
Team-oriented attitude
Spanish speaker is a plus.
