Join Our Team at Emplify by Gundersen Health System as a Patient Liaison - Boscobel

Are you passionate about creating meaningful connections and delivering exceptional service As a Patient Liaison at our Boscobel clinic youll be the welcoming face and steady support for patients throughout their healthcare journeymaking every interaction count.

Whats Available:

.9 FTE (72 hours bi-weekly)
Shift: Monday - Friday Days( no weekends) 9hour shifts with one day off each week
Hours: Rotating between 7:00am6:00pm
Location: Boscobel WI (home base)with travel to Muscodaand Fennimore depending on clinic need.

What Youll Do

Partner with Clinicians Nurses and Medical Assistants to ensure smooth patient registration and scheduling
Collect payments and verify information with accuracy and empathy
Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone

What Youll Need

High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in an office setting with customer service responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
