About the Role
We are seeking a driven eager to learn Account Associate to join our dynamic Surety team in Jericho NY.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Manage all administrative service delivery functions including bond issuance modifications renewals and cancellations invoicing collections file and database management and other related activities.
- Keep surety filing and database system organized and up to date (Erlon & Applied Epic)
- Responsible for accurate and timely billing
- Manage the clients daily bonding needs including receipt and review of bond requests.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and their underwriters to ensure a high level of customer service and with Account Managers and Account Executives to ensure a high level of customer deliverables.
- Additional responsibilities as required
Skills & Experience That Lead to Success:
- Data entry experience as well as excellent interpersonal skills are a must
- Competence in Microsoft Office tools such as Word Excel and Adobe
- Team player with demonstrated professional communication and organizational skills
Additional/Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred
