Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in system implementation projects covering all stages from requirements gathering to development followup testing and results validation.
- Conduct detailed business and functional requirements analysis to ensure systems are aligned with operational and strategic needs.
- Coordinate with technical teams to clarify requirements monitor development progress and validate delivered functionalities.
- Prepare execute and document system test plans ensuring accuracy reliability and adherence to expected outcomes.
- Maintain updated project documentation including functional specifications process maps and testing evidence.
- Provide backup support to the Controllership and Finance/Accounting areas contributing to monthly closing routines account reconciliations analyses and internal control activities.
- Assist in the preparation review and maintenance of internal controls to ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
- Offer analytical support to financial and accounting processes helping identify deviations trends and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure efficient communication timely issue resolution and alignment across impacted areas.
- Support system users during implementation and postgolive stages including troubleshooting and process clarification.
- Identify opportunities to enhance systems processes and controls proposing solutions that improve accuracy efficiency and compliance.
- Demonstrate strong analytical organizational and problemsolving skills to manage multiple priorities in a structured manner.
- Apply accounting and tax knowledge when relevant to validate processes and ensure the correctness of system outputs considered a strong advantage for this role.
