Job Description
Catch 22 are supporting leading UK FM companies in hiring Electricians to work across commercial sites in the Midlands.
These are permanent roles paying a salary of up to 40000 with rare on on call.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with PPMs and reactive electrical maintenance
- Electrical qualifications (18th Editionpreferred)
- FM/building services maintenance background
- Ability to carry out installations
- Full driving licence
- Strong communication and proactive attitude
- Willingness to support small install projects and wider building services tasks
- Team-focused with commitment to ongoing development
