Department of Early Childhood: Office Professional II 260 Days 8 hrs
The successful candidate needs to be a positive team member who has excellent customer service skills and can establish a professional and respectful rapport with families staff and visitors. Have a dedication to education and be capable of working independently collaboratively and creatively. A willingness to support and assist others in a positive and professional manner. The successful candidate must understand the importance of working on a team and willingly accept opportunities to support team members and takes the initiative to do so. Ability to create systems and processes for efficiency and organization are necessary. Requires confidentiality of student records and information.
Knowledge and experience with Synergy Docushare Microsoft Suite (Word Excel Power Point) Google Suite (Documents Sheets Slides Forms Drive Groups) Adobe and Zoom is preferred and a willingness to become proficient in their use.
Responsible for: Various aspects of the Department of Early Childhood processes including processing and entering preschool applications contact with families serving as the receptionist for the Department of Early Childhood. Must have excellent skills in oral and written communication organization word processing data entry filing and maintaining accurate records.
Required: Applicant must be able to work independently and with others be able to multi-task have strong organizational skills oral/written skills word processing and data entry skills HS diploma or GED.
This position is subject to a veterans preference.
This position pays $21.39/hr.
