Your Mission
As a Senior Product Manager at Ben you will challenge the complexity in the employee benefit domain and constantly deliver value (benefit!) to our users by solving some of our most complex customer-facing problems!
Were looking for self-starters who are seeking a fast-paced environment where they can make a difference. Our team is small which means high autonomy ownership and responsibility. We love what we do have fun and while we ship on time take life-work balance seriously.
Things you will be working on
Own Product discovery within areas of the Ben business working closely with the our Head of Product and other senior stakeholders to understand some of our most complex and ambiguous of problems
Collaborating with key business stakeholders to help drive the product strategy and roadmap
End-to-End ownership of your dedicated product area from idea creation to discovery to development to go-live.
Ensuring the voice of the customer is heard throughout the product development process from speaking with our Customer Support Sales & Success teams to interviewing customers
Leading product shaping and prioritisation by framing problems defining scope and appetite and collaborating closely with design and engineering to move the right bets forward.
Working closely with Marketing Customer Success & Support to ensure feature releases are successful whilst measuring the impact the feature has post release.
Help us solve complex business problems by breaking it down to smaller pieces finding truth & insights by going straight to the source and developing highly user-friendly products
Several years of product experience in the B2B SaaS space in a high-growth environment
You will love this role if you have
A proven track record of delivering ambitious complex products with full ownership that really hit the mark
You are a strategic thinker who combines commercial pragmatism and experience navigating senior stakeholders to deliver at pace
An entrepreneurial mindset - you are always looking for new product ideas to test and validate
Superb prioritisation and communication skills
Above all else you LOVE problems (and solving them of course!)
You will not love this role if you
Arent comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Are not ready to own your own results and be held accountable
If you like maintaining the status-quo and arent willing to think outside the box
If you like a lot of structure and processes we are a start-up and are still working things out and we dont always know whats next
Are not comfortable with ambiguity we will give you guidance but sometimes you have to work things out

Competitive base salary equity so you own what you build
100 monthly personal Ben Balance: for whatever works for you whether thats Netflix Spotify or a really expensive cup of coffee! This allowance will increase by 50 for each year of service until you reach 250
