Job Summary
and performs/updates the tasks/steps in the system as illustrated
without any supervision. Performs audits of work performed by Team
member Sales.Performs transactional activities/supports activities including serviceinformation updates surcharge updates line creation and pricing inMARS like to Key system processing as per defined guidelines/standard to all enquiries in a timely and accurate issues if any and requests corrective action with stakeholders regarding process issues if recommendations and suggestions on how to improve processes andprocedures.
