Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Drive professional customer engagement by managing inquiries through our ticketing system and conducting direct outreach to ensure seamless communication.

• Spearhead financial support tasks including generating collections reports and coordinating reminders to maintain healthy business accounts.

• Own the integrity of our global customer database ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date for the wider finance organization.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with customer care and accounting teams to resolve daily challenges and streamline business correspondence.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Current enrollment as a student with the ability to work 20 hours per week.

• Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to speak directly with customers over the phone.

• Strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to solving daily operational problems.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• A foundational interest in economics and a grounded understanding of business payment cycles.

Bonus Points For

• Practical experience or a grounded understanding of Microsoft Excel.

• Proficiency in the German language.

• A strong desire to learn and specialize in corporate accounting processes.
