Provides optimum nutritional care for in-patients and out-patients in assigned areas following methods and procedures established to ensure optimal patient care. Assesses nutritional needs; develops and implements nutritional care plans; evaluates and reports results appropriately. Coordinates the nutritional care of assigned patients. Speciality certification preferred.
