KeyResponsibilities:

Operatespotweldingmachinestojoinmetalcomponentsaccordingtospecifications.
Positionandalignworkpiecescorrectlytoensurepreciseandaccuratespotwelds.
Adjustweldingparameterssuchascurrenttimeandpressurebasedonmaterial thickness and type.
Conductqualitychecksonspotweldstodetectanydefectsorimperfections.
Maintainspotweldingequipmentbyperformingregularinspectionsand necessarymaintenance.
Collaboratewithteammemberstoensuresmoothproductionworkflowand meet production targets.
Adheretosafetyguidelinesandalwayswearappropriatepersonalprotective equipment(PPE).
Reportanyequipmentmalfunctionsorproductionissuestothesupervisor.

PreferredQualifications:

Candidatemusthavesomeorallofthefollowingeducational/technicalrequirements:

ProvenexperienceasaSpotWelderorinasimilarweldingrole.
Proficiencyinspotweldingtechniquesandtheabilitytooperatespotweldingmachines.
Familiaritywithdifferentmetalsandtheirweldingcharacteristics.

Preferredskillsandabilities:

Candidatemusthavesomeorallofthefollowingskillsandabilities:

Goodunderstandingofweldingparametersandtheirimpactonspotweldquality.
