Job Summary

A well-established property development and investment group is seeking a CA(SA) with 10 years post-articles experience to step into a Head of Finance role reporting directly to the CFO.

This is a senior leadership opportunity overseeing the full finance function across a complex group structure including consolidations financial reporting audit and strategic support to the executive team.

Key Requirements:

CA(SA) preferred
10 years post-articles experience
Strong group consolidations and IFRS expertise
Experience in property investment or asset-heavy environments advantageous
Proven leadership and team management ability
