Job Summary
We are seeking abilingual (Spanish-English) Janitorial Project Manager near Weatherfordto lead and oversee janitorial and custodial operations across multiple facilities. This role involves managing cleaning teams ensuring high standards of cleanliness and coordinating event setups. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills extensive janitorial experience and the ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English to serve our diverse client base.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily janitorial and custodial operations at multiple sites delegating tasks and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Recruit hire assimilate and train new hires
- Coordinate cleaning schedules assign tasks and monitor team performance to optimize efficiency.
- Manage disciplinary actions up to termination of employment
- Conduct site inspections to verify cleanliness levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage supplies inventory order necessary materials and ensure proper use of cleaning equipment.
- Communicate with clients in Spanish and English to address concerns provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee floor care procedures such as buffing stripping waxing and carpet cleaning.
- Train team members on cleaning techniques safety protocols and proper equipment handling.

Requirements
