Key Responsibilities:

Driving Duties:

• Safely operate a volumetric conrete mixer truck
• Responsible for transporting equipment and materials.
• Load secure and unload equipment and materials as required.
• Deliver concrete to job sites in a timely and efficient manner
• Perform routine inspections maintenance checks and minor adjustments on vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.
• Maintain accurate logs inspection records and other required documentation.
• Perform daily walkarounds and alert mechanics of any defects
• Adhere to all local traffic laws company policies and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

Labor Duties:

• Perform general labor tasks such as lifting carrying and positioning materials.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions to support construction activities.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in safety training programs to maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion.
• Knowledge of conrete mixing and pouring techniques

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minumim 1 year experience in Volume Metric and/or Ready Mix Experience.
• Operators must be willing to work overtime as dictated by worklad volumes.

License:

• Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) Class A.
• Clean driving record.
• Experience:
• Prior experience in construction telecommunications or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery is an advantage.
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work overtime and travel short-term as project demands.
• Strong attention to detail time management and teamwork skills.
