Job Summary
Apogee Global RMS is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support highvisibility initiatives and strengthen operational excellence across the business for our client a fastgrowing organization operating at the intersection of technology operations and enterprise transformation.
Role Overview
The Senior Business Analyst will partner closely with crossfunctional leaders to analyze performance streamline processes and translate complex data into clear actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings strong analytical rigor business acumen and communication excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational financial and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Build dashboards reports and models that support leadership decisionmaking.
- Define track and optimize KPIs across business functions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
- Support process optimization and operational discipline across teams.
- Prepare executiveready presentations and insights for leadership.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve workflows and drive accountability.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives tied to organizational growth.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in business analysis strategy operations or consulting.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in Excel BI tools and data visualization platforms.
- Experience building dashboards models and executivelevel reports.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity.
- Strong business acumen and comfort operating in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience in consulting technology or cybersecurity enterprise operations is a plus.
