The Opportunity
This is not just a sales role its a career opportunity. Youll be on the front lines canvassing neighborhoods inspecting roofs educating homeowners on insurance claims closing deals and managing projects from start to finish. If youre competitive coachable and hungry to succeed this role offers:

What Youll Do
- Canvass neighborhoods to generate leads
- Perform roof inspections identify storm damage and educate homeowners about insurance claims
- Present solutions and close roofing contracts
- Manage projects from contract signing to completion ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
- Communicate regularly with homeowners and coordinate with production teams
- Collect payments and build long-term relationships for referrals and future business
What Were Looking For
- Excellent communication skills and confidence talking to homeowners
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and competitive
- Willingness to follow proven systems and learn new skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and door-to-door
- Valid drivers license and a pick-up truck is required or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire
- Sales experience is a plus but not required we provide all the training you need!
Compensation & Benefits
- Up to 90 days of paid training
- Base pay per claim pay commission during training
- After training uncapped commission structure with high earning potential
- First-year sales reps can earn $150K
