Job Description:
As a Founding AI Engineer you will build production-grade AI agents and multi-agent systems from scratch to disrupt the antiquated insurance market. You will own significant product chunks integrate deeply with carrier APIs and ship rapidly to find product-market fit. This is an IC role for high-agency engineers wanting to define a generational companys technical foundation.

What you will do:

• Design and deploy production AI agents and models to automate complex insurance workflows and understand carrier appetite.

• Build deep robust API integrations into legacy insurance carrier systems to enable seamless real-time quote comparisons and risk analysis.

• Collaborate directly with the insurance team and technical leadership to move from idea to production-grade code in record time.

The ideal candidate:

• Hands-on expertise building and deploying production LLM systems using frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph in real-world environments.

• Strong computer science foundations and a track record of building scalable production-grade software systems beyond mere prototypes.

• Genuine startup grit with high agency comfort with ambiguity and previous experience in a founding team or early-stage startup (first 10-15 employees).
