Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented automotive accounting biller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing vehicle deals billing paperwork and ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner. This is a full time position automotive dealership experience preferred but will train the right person
Responsibilities:
- Sending vehicle contracts to lenders
- Reviewing retail deals for proper documents
- Maintaining accounting schedules/down payments
- Posting deals
- Issuing checks to customers/lenders
- Knowledge of excel
- Submit and track payoff checks to banks
- Assist with month-end closing tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task
