As a Security Officer - Patrol Services in Denver CO you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced tech location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas conduct routine rounds and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support employees and visitors with clear communication access awareness and prompt reporting while delivering a welcoming customer experience. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by following Allied Universal post orders access control procedures and site-specific security-related policies.
• Conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of office areas lobbies parking areas loading areas and building perimeters to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor and operate security-related systems such as CCTV alarms and badge access; document observations and report irregular conditions per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents hazards and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner; request assistance from emergency services and/or site contacts as directed by post orders.
• Complete detailed reports and logs including patrol activity incident reports and visitor and/or contractor entries; communicate relevant information during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
