Life Enrichment Coordinator
The Memory Care Life Enrichment Coordinator plans coordinates and implements programs events trips and celebrations for clients that provide physical social intellectual and spiritual development opportunities for clients to participate in. Provides oversight and direction to home health aides on the unit to participate and activate programs and provide services as assigned to residents.
Essential Functions
- Lead programs independently or direct home health aide participation.
- Generate programs that the unit staff and clients participate in.
- Set-up and conduct programs that meet a variety of physical cognitive and social needs of our clients.
- Participate in receiving client feedback on programs with the Director of Life Enrichment and Director of Nursing create timely action plans to enhance programs to match our clients requests.
- Integrate life routines such as mealtime grooming bed making laundry programming.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
