Job Summary
Join the team at Chapman Collision Centers and Used Cars Tucson as a Body Shop Parts Counter this role you will be the key point of contact for parts inquiries and orders ensuring that our body shop operates smoothly with the timely availability of necessary parts. You will work closely with technicians vendors and customers to provide exceptional service and support the efficient repair process.

Core Responsibilities:
- Assist body shop technicians by providing accurate parts information and availability.
- Order and receive parts from suppliers in a timely manner.
- Manage inventory and maintain organized parts stock.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve order discrepancies and follow up on delayed shipments.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal staff and external customers.
- Maintain proper documentation and update parts database regularly.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in parts counter or automotive parts sales preferred.
- Basic knowledge of automotive body shop parts and terminology.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
