Day: 07:00 AM 03:00 PM
Mid: 01:00 PM 09:00 PM

Compensation Package
Weekly Gross: $2313.62
W2 Rate: $24/hour
Weekly Stipend: $1414
Position Overview
A large hospital is seeking experienced Certified Surgical Technologists (CST) for day and evening shifts in a high-volume Adult Operating Room. This role supports a wide range of surgical specialties in a fast-paced trauma environment.
Responsibilities
Scrub and assist in a broad variety of surgical procedures in the Adult OR.
Prepare and maintain sterile fields and surgical instrumentation.
Anticipate surgeon needs and ensure proper handling of instruments and supplies.
Assist with patient positioning and preparation according to OR protocols.
Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety standards.
Collaborate with surgeons nurses and anesthesia teams to ensure efficient surgical flow.
Accurately document procedures and support perioperative workflow.
Required Qualifications
Active CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification
Minimum 3 years of recent OR experience (within the last 4 years)
Experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma Center or comparable acute-care hospital
Proven scrub experience required
Strong case experience including:
Trauma
Orthopedics
General Surgery
Neurosurgery
Vascular
ENT
Bariatric
GU & GYN
First-time travelers considered if experienced in similar-size hospitals
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
