What you will be doing:

• Deliver exceptional personalized service aligned with luxury and MICHELIN Guiderecommended standards
• Create a welcoming and engaging guest experience by anticipating needs and building genuine connections
• Manage reservations and the seating flow to ensure efficient service
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus when appropriate
• Maintain an accurate waitlist and communicate wait times clearly to guests
• Coordinate with servers and leadership to ensure smooth service throughout the shift
• Answer guest inquiries regarding the menu lounge offerings and hotel amenities
• Monitor the dining room to ensure cleanliness organization and guest satisfaction
• Assist with special requests celebrations and guest preferences when possible
• Maintain a polished and professional presence in accordance with hotel standards
• Support the Food & Beverage team to ensure a positive and memorable guest experience
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in a high-volume lounge cocktail bar or luxury hospitality environment
• Previous experience in a host or guest service role is an asset
• A confident professional and guest-focused approach to service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-energy environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required
• Serving It Right certification
