Job Summary
Hours: 40 hours per week (variable shifts including early starts and late finishes plus 2 Saturdays per month)
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our team. This role requires travel between various sites to deliver high-quality cleaning services and train other operatives to company standards.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven cleaning experience particularly in carpet cleaning and deep cleaning of hard floors
- Confident ability to train and demonstrate correct cleaning standards to other operatives
- Flexibility to work varying shift patterns including early mornings late evenings and two Saturdays monthly
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel between sites
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform specialist cleaning tasks including carpet and hard floor deep cleaning across multiple locations
- Train and mentor cleaning operatives in proper techniques and company standards
- Work independently and as part of a team to deliver excellent cleaning services
- Maintain equipment and ensure safe working practices at all times
