This opening at our clients major financial institution is designed as a long-term part-time opportunity working approximately 24 hours per week primarily in the afternoons. This role offers the opportunity to get on board quickly in a support capacity with the long-term intention of identifying a permanent position that aligns with your career goals.

As part of a busy customer service department staffed from 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday through Friday and Saturday mornings you will assist banking customers with online account access credit card questions and general account inquiries. Schedule flexibility is available with the ability to design a consistent schedule that includes occasional evening and Saturday hours.

Job Duties:

• Handling inbound phone calls from banking customers
• Responding to online customer inquiries
• Assisting customers with accessing online banking accounts
• Answering questions regarding credit cards and general account information
• Providing accurate information in a professional and timely manner
• Documenting customer interactions within the system

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
