As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol in Bristol PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Conduct routine and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas warehouses loading docks parking areas and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions requiring attention.
- Monitor access control points by verifying identification logging visitors and contractors and directing deliveries and shipments according to site procedures.
- Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner coordinating with site personnel and Allied Universal supervision as needed.
- Document observations patrol activities and incident details in written and/or electronic reports and communicate updates during shift briefings and post handoffs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have 1 years law enforcement experience or 2 years security-related supervisor/manager experience or 3 years security-related experience.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
