Your Role:
As a Customer Support Specialist you will handle inquiries from German-speaking clients providing fast accurate and professional assistance. You will support customers across multiple industries solving problems offering guidance and ensuring satisfaction. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone email and chat
Troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently
Logging interactions accurately and updating the customer database
Collaborating with international teams to ensure best practices
Contributing to process improvements for enhanced customer experience

Requirements:

Minimum of C1 German and B2 English proficiency
Willingness to relocate to Greece as soon as possible
Valid work permit for Greece (no visa sponsorship provided)
Previous experience in customer service or tech support is a plus but not mandatory
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
