We are currently looking for Greek-speaking Content Moderators to join an international team in Lisbon supporting a global digital platform in a fast-paced and structured environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail sound judgment and the ability to handle sensitive content while maintaining platform quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Review and moderate user-generated content in line with platform policies and guidelines
Ensure quality accuracy and consistency across moderation decisions
Identify and escalate complex or sensitive cases when required
Maintain productivity and quality targets in a high-volume environment
Work collaboratively within a global team while managing individual performance KPIs
Requirements
- Greek (C1C2) and English (B2) proficiency
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills
- High attention to detail and resilience in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to manage sensitive content professionally
- Previous customer service moderation or operations experience is a plus
Working Schedule
- 24/7 rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday):
- Days Off: 2 rotational days
Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: 920 gross x14
- Allowance: 45 x11
- Welcome Bonus: 1500 (Greek speakers)
