DescriptionYou will report directly to our Sr. Quality Control Manager and youll work out of our Woburn MA location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role you will impact the quality control function by ensuring that products meet high-quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements ultimately contributing to the overall success and reputation of our organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Quality Control Inspection team providing strong leadership guidance and support.
- Managing the daily scheduling of product inputs and outputs for receiving in-process and final inspection.
- Providing daily inspection status and strategic planning with procurement program management engineering configuration and manufacturing teams. Resolving quality issues and enhance product quality.
- Develop implement and continually improve robust quality control procedures and processes.
- Maintaining and reporting key Quality metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Managing and coordinating training for the site. IPC J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610.
- Internal Audits per AS9100 requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE
- 6 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards
- Experience working in ERP Systems
- Familiar with route cause analysis and principles.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in quality control software and data analysis tools.
- Experience in managing a team.
- Experience in conducting comprehensive quality inspections and tests.

- Bachelors degree in engineering Quality Management or a related field.
- Background in electronics
- IPC J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team environment.
