Sr Quality Control Supervisor

You will report directly to our Sr. Quality Control Manager and youll work out of our Woburn MA location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role you will impact the quality control function by ensuring that products meet high-quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements ultimately contributing to the overall success and reputation of our organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the Quality Control Inspection team providing strong leadership guidance and support.
• Managing the daily scheduling of product inputs and outputs for receiving in-process and final inspection.
• Providing daily inspection status and strategic planning with procurement program management engineering configuration and manufacturing teams. Resolving quality issues and enhance product quality.
• Develop implement and continually improve robust quality control procedures and processes.
• Maintaining and reporting key Quality metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Managing and coordinating training for the site. IPC J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610.
• Internal Audits per AS9100 requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 6 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards
• Experience working in ERP Systems
• Familiar with route cause analysis and principles.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in quality control software and data analysis tools.
• Experience in managing a team.
• Experience in conducting comprehensive quality inspections and tests.
