What Youll Do:

Work under the guidance of physicians and registered nurses ensuring safe and effective treatment plans.
Coordinate care across departments acting as a key link in the patients journey from diagnosis to recovery.
Maintain professional accountability while building strong trusting relationships with patients and families.

As an LPN in our clinic youll provide hands-on patient care assist with admissions and discharges perform assessments and ensure seamless communication across the care team. Your role is vital in supporting advanced treatments and helping patients live healthier lives.
What Youll Do:
Deliver compassionate high-quality care and involve patients in decisions.
Assist with admissions discharges and patient rounding.
Communicate changes promptly and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
Document care accurately and reinforce patient education.
Prioritize care delegate tasks and maintain compliance with competencies.
Stay engaged in team updates and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure.
Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements
Experience: Prefer 1 year experience in related setting
Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
