The Resource Specialist is responsible for managing allocating and optimizing company resources including personnel technology and operational tools to ensure efficient and effective business operations within the insurance company. This role supports HR operations and departmental teams in resource planning onboarding and utilization to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the allocation of personnel and resources across departments to meet operational and project needs.
- ist in workforce planning tracking employee assignments and monitoring workloads.
- Maintain accurate records of resource utilization availability and staffing levels.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes by ensuring timely access to required tools systems and workspace.
- Collaborate with HR operations and department managers to forecast resource needs.
- Provide reports and insights on resource utilization staffing gaps and operational efficiency.
- Assist in developing and maintaining HR systems databases and documentation.
- Support compliance with company policies insurance regulations and internal procedures.
- Coordinate training schedules and ensure employees have access to necessary resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Operations Management or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in resource coordination HR support operations or insurance industry a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and resource management or HR software.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail for tracking resource allocation.
