Job Description: Customer Success Associate at
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients including buyers sellers brokers investors and operators in the automotive real estate industry.
- Assist customers in navigating the platform to find relevant listings and make informed decisions.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat to address any questions or concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and resolve any issues that may arise during the buying or leasing process.
- Monitor customer accounts track interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct customer outreach and engagement activities to build strong relationships and promote customer loyalty.
- Collect feedback from customers to improve the platform and enhance user experience.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer issues and find satisfactory resolutions.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools to track customer interactions.
- Basic understanding of the real estate industry specifically in the automotive sector is preferred.
Desired Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role preferably in customer support success or sales.
