As a Social Media Executive youll:

• Plan and deliver engaging social-first content across TikTok and Instagram.
• Create compelling content forMyproteinsfitnesslifestyleand activewear communities including short-form videoimageryandtext.
• Capture and produce social content on shoots with ambassadors and creators from phone-shot content to briefing videographers on larger productions.
• Edit andoptimisevideo and visual content for performance across each social platform.
• Collaborate with marketingcontentand influencer teams to support integrated campaigns and ambassador activations.
• Manage day-to-day social media publishing schedules and campaign execution.
• Conduct market research andmonitorindustry trends competitors and emerging creators across the fitness and activewear space.
• Identifyopportunities to growMyproteinssocial reach through new influencerspartnershipsand platforms.
• Analysesocial media performance metrics and KPIs tooptimisecontent and engagement.
• Manage social media communities and respond to customer enquiries and feedback.
• Stay up to date with social media trendstoolsand best practices to keepMyproteinat the forefront of digital and social innovation.

What skills and experience do i need for this role

• Degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
• Proven experience in a social media role ideally withinfitness sports activewearfashionor lifestyle brands.
• Expertise in social media platforms including TikTok and Instagram.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe suite including Capcut.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
• Experience using third party publishing and analytics tools.
• A knowledge of the brand and passion for health fitnessactivewearand nutrition especially inweight liftingand hybrid training - is a plus.
