Housekeeper

Clifton Park TC York

Hours: 7.5 hours

Shift Patterns: 10am-6pm Monday- Friday

Youll be involved in cleaning all areas of the hospital from wards to theatres. Well give you all the training youll need including getting you up to speed on infection control regulations.

Where youll be based:

Clifton Park Hospital is a modern purpose-built in-patient hospital located just outside York city centre. Registered with the Care Quality Commission the hospital has 24 beds including enhanced care two theatres a day case unit a large outpatients department with x-ray facilities and on-site physiotherapy including a small gym area.

What you will bring:

High levels of customer service as this role is patient facing
A positive can-do attitude
The ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment
Good interpersonal skills
The ability to manage own workload
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
A good understanding of Hospital Infection prevention processes would be advantageous.
