We are looking for an energetic organized and professional Courtesy Transportation Agent to be the face of the fleet at our dealership! Responsibilities:
- Elevate the Guest Experience: Greet service customers with a smile expertly explain our loaner policies and facilitate the vehicle check-out and check-in process.
- Master the Fleet: Monitor the availability of the Courtesy Transportation Program (CTP) fleet and perform detailed vehicle walk-arounds to document condition and fuel levels.
- Precision Documentation: Accurately prepare rental agreements verify valid drivers licenses and confirm active insurance coverage for all guests.
- Drive GM Compliance: Maintain meticulous records in accordance with GM CTP guidelines to ensure the dealership remains eligible for manufacturer subsidies and incentives.
- Coordinate Maintenance: Schedule routine maintenance (detailing oil changes) to ensure every loaner vehicle reflects our dealerships high standards.
- Dynamic Problem Solving: Efficiently handle reservations manage high-demand periods and resolve any customer concerns regarding transportation.
- Collaborate with Service: Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure a seamless transition for guests needing alternative transportation.

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; the ability to turn a stressful situation into a great experience for our guests.
- Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail (vital for Incentive Schedule Audit accuracy).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to learn Dealership Management Software (DMS) such as CDK Reynolds & Reynolds or Auto/Mate.
- Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to walk the lot to inspect vehicles in various weather conditions.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
- Prior experience in a rental car agency (Hertz Enterprise etc.) or a dealership service department is highly preferred.
- Experience with fleet management platforms (like Ontac TSD or Connex) is a major plus.
- Previous dealership experience is a plus.
