Job Summary
Are you an experienced Quick Service Manager looking for a great work place Do you like leading a team in accomplishing great customer service in a timely manner taking care of basic vehicle maintenance If you are a person who likes to work in a fast paced environment in an established dealership that is growing and you can produce consistent results we have an opportunity for you. We are looking for a Quick Lube/Quick Service Manager. This is a great position for someone who enjoys getting things done and leading a team to accomplish correct efficient and timely maintenance on our customers Quick Lube Manager provides an outstanding customer experience by making sure the basic maintenance needs of our customers vehicles are taken care of in a timely manner. This job is perfect for someone who is looking for a lucrative career without racking up college debt.
The Quick Lube Manager is essential to our team in order to keep our customers vehicles properly maintained in a way that they will continue to service with us and experience the award winning performance they expect.
Attitudes
- Willing to do basic maintenance on customer vehicles
- Ability to make recommendations for work that a customer may need to be done and teach a team to make those recommendations
- Desire to takecare of each vehicle that comes into our shop as if it is your own
- Focus on leading the Quick Lube team to work in efficient and timely manner
Qualifications
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Must be able to work assigned shift
- Must possess a valid drivers license
- Must be able to work in an automotive shop environment in all types of weather conditions
- Must be at least 18 years old
