In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead global strategies to reduce waste generation increase waste diversion and advance Zero Waste to Landfill progress across diverse manufacturing locations
- Drive water reduction initiatives support site-level implementation and coordinate activities aligned with global water stewardship goals
- Identify opportunities for waste and water efficiency improvements and support development of best practice guidance tools and resources
- Oversee data collection review and quality assurance for waste and water performance indicators ensuring accurate consistent reporting
- Serve as a key point of contact for environmental data systems providing clear guidance and training to site coordinators and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain auditready Waste Management and Water Management Plans
- Provide analysis insights and reporting content for sustainability disclosures customer requests and internal governance reviews
- Support global engagement through training best practice sharing and crossfunctional collaboration with EHS Operations Supply Chain and Sustainability teams
- Prepare materials and insights for leadership meetings including executive sustainability reviews
- Conduct or support global treasure hunt assessments focused on identifying waste and water efficiency opportunities

For This Role You Will Need:
- 25 years of experience working in environmental sustainability waste management water stewardship EHS or environmental data management
- Ability to analyze environmental data identify trends and communicate insights clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences
- Experience supporting operational teams manufacturing sites or industrial environments
- Strong attention to detail organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and work across time zones
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Knowledge of waste streams recycling systems water use metrics or resource efficiency practices
- Experience contributing to sustainability reporting customer disclosures or environmental audits
- Familiarity with environmental data systems or sustainability software
- Certifications related to waste or resource management (such as TRUE Advisor or similar)
