Job Summary
If you are a Sr. Sales and Application Engineer professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career Emerson has an exciting opportunity based in this role you will drive profitable growth by positioning Emerson Isolation Valves (ISV) as the preferred solution within established end users across Oil & Gas Petrochemical Power & Water industries and Tank Farms. You will partner closely with the Isolation Valves Sales Manager to support business development strategic growth initiatives and the Kuwait ISV vision. This role combines customer-facing technical engagement competitive solution development and collaboration across Emerson teams to strengthen our position as a trusted advisor in the market.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Meet or exceed annual business goals by targeting and expanding enduser accounts in Kuwait.
Support the execution of Business Unit plans and key initiatives.
Drive competitive displacement strategies with key end users.
Deliver high-quality applications engineering support including accurate and timely quotations order entry technical and pricing support and product specification activities.
Prepare and submit competitive root cause analysis reports severe service application technical presentations OEM letters and product differentiation materials to build customer trust and support retrofits or competitive displacement efforts.
Conduct regular customer technical sales calls order closeouts site walkdowns and reporting.
Lead customer visits presentations demonstrations and knowledge sharing with internal teams Local Business Partners (LBPs) and application teams to understand market needs and position Emerson Isolation Valves as the top choice.
Represent Emerson at industry seminars events and technical forums to promote Emerson solutions.
Coordinate closely with Project Management Order Entry Customer Order Fulfillment (COF) and Operations to ensure clean orders and seamless postorder support.
Maintain accurate records and data in Emerson tools such as SharePoint and CRM systems.
Collaborate with other Emerson Process Management Business Units to maximize pullthrough opportunities.
Ensure full compliance with Emerson ethics and trade compliance processes.
Stay current on product advancements market trends and industry developments.
Perform other related duties as required.

For This Role You Will Need:
Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline.
35 years of experience in the valves and actuators industry within Oil & Gas or Petrochemicals working with enduser accounts.
Strong business acumen communication skills and timemanagement capabilities.
Demonstrated success in meeting application engineering or sales performance goals.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Experience working with Kuwait-based end users on valve and actuator applications.
Deep understanding of Isolation Valves products and their applications.
