Position Overview

We are hiring for multiple roles within our production team including:

General Auxiliary Team Members
Roll Form Operators
Laser Operators
Other Machine Operators

Primary Responsibilities

Work safely with tools equipment and materials
Ensure quality parts are produced by monitoring coil quality weld quality and cut quality
Follow work instructions and production requirements
Complete required production and quality documentation
Actively seek improvements in processes and workflow
Support team members and carry out tasks assigned by the Team Lead or Supervisor

Work Schedule

Beverlin operates a 4-day workweek (Monday-Thursday) with 1st shift 6 a.m. 4:00 p.m.

Option overtime is available on Fridays (based on customer needs).

What You Bring

Required:

Strong focus on safetyfor yourself and your teammates
Commitment to quality and a next operator as customer mindset
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Flexibility and willingness to learn
Reliable transportation
Ability to stand for long periods
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift 25-30 lbs. on an infrequent basis

Preferred but not required:

Mechanical aptitude
Accurate use of measuring equipment (calipers ring/plug/GNG pi tape tape measure linear gauge)
Experience in sheet metal rolling or fabrication
