GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Card Services department is responsible for the processes involving Debit cards and ACH. Assists internal and external customers as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Provides customer service and support for internal customers regarding inquires and problem resolution.
- Processes and reconciles the debit card suspense.
- Research debit card exceptions.
- Locates and corrects DDA and Savings account numbers for all items that ACH non post.
- Processes Reg E Visa Debit card disputes.
- Process Zelle disputes.
- Performs compliance audits and maintains overall Quality Control for Card Services.
- Processes all ACH disputes and reclamations.
- Resolves all incoming ACH returns.
- Loads value to gift cards.
- Supports branches with Debit Card questions orders and travel rules.
- Processes Sisterbank Transactions
- Prints Instant Issue Debit Cards.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of Premier preferred.
- Knowledge of windows-based programs preferred.
- Ability to operate a PC with keyboard accuracy and speed.
- Skill in communicating with co-workers customer management in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ability to work under pressure meet critical deadlines and have constant interruptions while doing assigned responsibilities including reconcilement verification and computer input.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School or equivalent.
- Banking experience preferred.
