Job Description
Role: Civil Field Superintendent
Location: 04/27/2026 - 09/15/2026
Work Location: Key Lake SK - flights from Saskatoon SK
Work Schedule: 2 weeks on 2 weeks off 11 hrs per day
Rate: Up to $110/INC
Key Responsibilities:
- The Field Superintendent has primary responsibility to ensure contractors within their area are working in a safe manner abiding by all safety program requirements
- The Field Superintendent will review and/or develop detailed work plans according to Camecos workface planning processes
- In some instances the Field Superintendent may perform supervision of direct field labour on mechanical/piping scopes of work ensuring the work is completed safely and to a high quality standard
- In some instances the Field Superintendent will oversee the contractors activities of a mechanical/piping nature confirming the work is completed safely and according to all contract requirements
- Inspections of completed work to confirm it is completed to appropriate standards identifying deficiencies and managing the completion of deficiencies
- Monitoring the schedule and productivity of work and work collaboratively with the contractor and operations personnel to resolve issues and barriers
- Daily validation and approval of contractor submitted labour equipment and material reports
- Responsible to coordinate field activities between contractors and the Cameco operations team as required
Skills / Previous Experience:
- Previous experience with multi-discipline mechanical work required (mechanical equipment piping)
- Previous experience in a brown field construction environment is required
