What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees contractors and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial areas loading docks parking areas and the facility perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor access points and support authorized entry by checking identification verifying deliveries and/or work orders and directing visitors to the proper check-in process.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including alarm activations suspicious activity and/or medical events and notify site contacts and public responders as needed.
• Complete detailed written reports and shift logs communicate notable activity to leadership and/or the next shift and assist with security-related investigations when requested.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1 years of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security-related supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
