We are looking for an Assistant Service Manager for our Ford franchise. This position is open due to a promotion and an upcoming retirement. Ideal candidate has previous experience as a Service Advisor and is looking to move up and get on the job training as a Service Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Under direction of the Service Director assist with service department processes and personnel
- Utilize and update Reynolds and Reynolds to manage and monitor shop scheduling workflow and productivity.
- Utilize TSD Loaner Software to helpmanage fleet of service loaner vehicles.
- Help coordinate internal repair orders to turn used vehicles and retired loaners over to showroom quickly
- Assist withprocessing of warranty repair ordersand claims. We will provide training!
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have strong computer skills. We use several software programs to helpmanage the shop on a daily basis.
- Strong previous experience as a Service Advisor at a dealership with high CSI scores
- Previous experience as a technician is a plus
- Experience with Reynolds is preferred
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
- Outgoing with a friendly personality
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to deal with customers employees and vendors
- Must be willing to submit to a background check
- MUSThave valid drivers license and clean driving record
