Key Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain DB functions stored procedures triggers index CTEs and SQL scripts in
PostgreSQL for the Realtime transactional DB systems.
Build Change Data Capture DB SQL Scripts and send sync-up master data management systems.
Handle tokenization standardization and encryption of PII data.
Perform root cause analysis on data sources and processes to resolve business issues.
Work with relational databases data hubs and data lakes.
Provide production support monitoring and troubleshooting data workflows and performance issues Ensure data quality integrity and security across all systems.
Implement best practices in data engineering and software development.
Collaborate on projects involving cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and big data technologies.
CICD Code Build management and deployment using GIT Repo.
Lead Mentor and co-ordinate team members and collaborate efficiently with cross tech teams at
offshore and onshore and direct requirement refinement and demonstrating the design solutions with the
client.
Core Data Engineering & Development:

Required Skills
Strong experience in Realtime Transactional DB Systems esp. PostgreSQL.
Proficiency in SQL/Hive Shell scripting and data pipeline development.
Experience with production support and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills Knowledge of PostgreSQL Python AWS POST and PATCH API endpoints.
Experience with job schedulers such as Oozie or ESP.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Insurance domain knowledge and Client Profile Data Management.
Ability to lead teams and provide technical leadership.
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent qualification 67 years of relevant experience in data engineering
