DescriptionWithin the framework of projects of medium complexity with a complete mastery of methodological tools you will be the point of contact between external clients and actors in the research processes in order to ensure the step-by-step achievement of results consistent with the inputs collected during the briefing phase.
Specifically you will have the following responsibilities:
- ensure an effective client relationship from the collection of the brief to the presentation of the research results;
- follow the briefing collected by the Service Line draw up research projects formulating methodologies consistent with the input received and responding to the clients specific objectives;
- request quotations from suppliers for project development;
- produce and finalise the master questionnaire on time and verify any translations and electronic implementations of it;
- coordinate the business functions and actors involved in the collection and analysis of data constantly ensuring proper management of time and related costs;
- efficiently and effectively carry out also supported by junior resources the single research project through the self-management of the entire workflow;
- check the research data received prepare analysis plans check the resulting outputs;
- analyse data prepare reports and share them with the client together with their research manager;
- create presentations with comments independently; in some cases depending on the complexity of the project deal directly with the presentation alongside your manager;
- interact with the client to provide and/or acquire information useful for the closing of the project
Required hard skills
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in market research and analysis
- Mastery of quantitative research tools knowledge of qualitative research methods
- Presentation skills
- Excel Advanced and Power Point
- Fluent English
