As a Business Project Manager within the Commercial Excellence team you will be responsible to lead and deliver improvement and transformation projects; from initiation to closure. Ensuring these align with our strategic goals and completed on time and within budget; realizing its full potential value. You will work with a group of Process Owners; Project Coordinators; IT and broader ComEx team to ensure the ComEx roadmap - including improvement projects on Sales and Service processes are successfully implemented and adopted by the this role you will install project management best practices; manage a part of the ComEx portfolio of projects work with the central PMO and Transformation Office to ensure accurate reporting.
Your role and responsibilities
Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines resource allocation risk assessments and communication strategies.
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams ensuring clear roles responsibilities and effective collaboration.
Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Manage project budgets tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Facilitate a clear project governance with regular project meetings providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or concerns.
Work with L&D Change and Roll Out Managers to ensure the foreseen changes are well adopted by the business.
Conduct thorough business analysis to understand requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Evaluate project outcomes identify lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.
Ensure projects adhere to company standards methodologies and quality requirements (PMO Funnel 5D Method).
Report back on progress to the different governance bodies (ComEx Steercos Global Commercial Meetings Transformation Office).
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization including executive leadership technical teams and end-users.
Your profile
3-5 years of proven experience in a project management role preferably within a large organization.
PMP PRINCE2 or other recognized project management certification is desirable.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
Strong understanding of Sales and Service processes; as well as Salesforce Contact Center is a plus.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Jira Confluence) is a plus.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or other European languages is a significant advantage.
