Traineeship Pricing & Market Intelligence

Pricing and Market Intelligence is a differentiating expert muscle of TVH supported by more than 50 professionals with an entrepreneurial attitude. The teams are centered around building the pricing engine gathering & analyzing market data and insights running data driven analysis building trends and insights and driving the model to optimize value. TVH aims to offer a customized market driven competitive smart price by using multiple variables and this enabled by great people data & technology.

Your role and responsibilities

• In this advanced entry-level position you will have the opportunity to lead and complete multiple international projects within the organization. You will get to know the company from the inside build a broad base of knowledge and skills while developing an extensive internal network of colleagues positioning you for future expert opportunities.

• As a Pricing and Market Intelligence Trainee you have the unique opportunity to take on responsibility and make an impact as a young graduate while being supported by experienced pricing and market intelligence professionals.

• In this 2-year Pricing and Market Intelligence trainee program you will get a general view of all the activities through multiple rotations across the different sub- departments and grow step by step.

• You will get the chance to collaborate with experts over different sub departments with each their own focus varying from gathering competitive intelligence initiating region-specific actions to optimize margin or bringing the unique pricing engine itself to a next level.

• You will experience the global aspect of our business and have the opportunity to work on different Pricing and/or Market Intelligence projects to define pricing of the future ensuring our market competitiveness and growth margin. You will also have the great opportunity to work abroad!

How to succeed / your profile

• With strong academic record including a master degree preferably in engineering economics business or master thinking level with 0-3 years of working experience.

• Fluent in English.

• Ambitious self-starters who can work independently in a dynamic international environment.

• Team players that are able to build relationships.

• Open-minded people enthusiastic about change with good communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills.
