As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Security Clearance in Plano TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures access requirements and when appropriate emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings production areas and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and verify identification badges and/or visitor authorizations; maintain visitor logs and direct visitors to appropriate check-in locations.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner; notify site contacts and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.
- Document patrol activities observations and incidents using written reports and/or electronic reporting systems; communicate relevant information during shift turnovers.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have an active DoD TS-SCI clearance.
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
- Have CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred which may be completed post hire.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
