Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Rehabilitation PRN
Location: 6700 Chad Colley Boulevard Fort Smith AR 72916
Schedule: PRN As Needed Flexible hours (weekday and weekends) 1 weekend (Saturday or Sunday) a month and at least 1 holiday a year.

Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) looking to make a meaningful impact every day Were seeking a compassionate skilled PTA to support our Physical Therapists in delivering highquality patientcentered care. What Youll Do
Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist patients with mobility therapeutic exercises and functional activities
Observe and document patient progress reporting updates to the supervising PT
Maintain accurate timely clinical documentation
Help ensure a safe clean and supportive treatment environment
Contribute to a positive teamoriented workplace and step in with additional duties as needed
What You Bring
Were looking for someone who is both technically skilled and deeply patientfocused. Ideal candidates will have:
An Associates degree from an accredited PTA program
Current PTA license in the state of practice
CPR certification
Previous rehab or acute care experience (preferred but not required)
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
