The right candidate will be a motivated team player with excellent communication skills a strong work ethic and a desire to help drive dealership success. Youll be the first point of contact for potential customers helping connect them with our sales and service departments while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound customer calls emails and chat inquiries promptly and professionally
• Respond to internet leads using dealership-approved scripts templates and CRM tools
• Schedule sales appointments and confirm customer visits with the sales team
• Provide initial product and financing information based on customer needs
• Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up with prospective customers
• Utilize CRM software to document all interactions and track customer engagement
• Support dealership sales and service goals through consistent communication and coordination
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve performance and customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in customer service retail or call center roles preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer proficiency including CRM or lead management systems
• Professional courteous and customer-focused demeanor
• Team-oriented with a positive can-do attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
